Reston, VA., June 16, 2025 – Acuity International, a leading provider of process and technology-based services and solutions to government and commercial clients, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rich Bamonte as the new Chief Growth Officer for its Federal Business. In this role, Rich will drive the company’s growth strategy, overseeing business development, capture, and strategic partnerships to drive top-line expansion and long-term value creation for federal government clients.
Rich brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the government contracting sector, including pivotal roles in business development, operations, and post-merger integration at large public and private firms. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development at V2X, where he led business unit growth and capture of large, complex federal contracts.
Prior to V2X, Rich served as Chief Growth Officer at J&J Worldwide Services. His earlier experience includes senior business development leadership roles at Vectrus and over a decade of business development and operational roles at KBR, where he served across the Middle East, Africa and Southwest Asia in support of critical contingency missions.
