Frequently Asked Questions

What types of exams (and how many) will I perform?

We schedule examinations for services that your facility and staff are credentialed and equipped to perform based on the established Provider Services Agreement. The number of exams received will depend on your location and how many examination requests are received for that area.

How much will I be paid?

We negotiate a mutually acceptable fee schedule with our network participants. Invoices are paid according to the established Provider Services Agreement Fee Schedule.

Do I need special equipment?

Most primary care, urgent care, and occupational medicine practices have the majority, if not all, of the basic equipment to perform our exams. For example, depending on the exam, you may need a spirometer, audiometer, ECG machine, and blood and/or urine specimen collection capabilities. Special equipment needs will be identified when you join our network and updated periodically.

How will joining your network affect my regular practice and patient care schedule?

We will work with your business hours and appointment availability. Our exams should blend smoothly with your existing schedules and provider availability.

Is training offered or required?

Most of the services that we request are standard and should be familiar to you. In the event that training is needed, our Provider Relations Specialists are also available to assist you, sending printed instructions or guidelines, conducting teleconferences and/or video conferences, and, if necessary, scheduling a visit to your facility.
