A Unique Set of Skills

The sensitive nature of our work requires specialized credentials, processes, procedures, and know-how. With more than two decades of experience working on secure construction projects—often in austere, complex, and international environments—Acuity is uniquely qualified for sensitive building projects. We are astute at managing the geographic, political, environmental, and cultural dynamics of OCONUS diplomatic and military construction, and are experts at overcoming local procurement, logistics, and labor force challenges.

Building Diplomacy Down Under

After 25 years, the U.S. Consulate in Sydney, Australia, is moving to a new location and Acuity is managing the construction project. The scope of work includes significant demolition and a fit-out of the interior space, structural alterations and modifications, extensive upgrades and renovations to the building’s systems, and the construction of secured-access areas. The project complies with DoS anti-terrorism and force protection requirements, as well as other threat-mitigation measures.
