Acuity International’s Global Mission Solutions (GMS) business practice received zero areas of concern and zero nonconformances during the 2021 ISO Surveillance audit conducted by NSF, an ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) accredited certification body. The audit, which assed compliance with three standards: ISO 9001 Quality, 14001 Environmental, and the 45001 Safety Management Systems, resulted in a recommendation of continued certification.

Over the course of 4 days, NSF reviewed many elements of Acuity International’s processes and procedures, including business development, environmental impact, leadership, talent acquisition, and operations. “We are extremely pleased with the outcome of this external audit,” said Don Welch, Senior Director, Performance Management Office for Acuity International. “The team was engaged and prepared, and showed extreme professionalism and knowledge in their respective areas of responsibility. These audits and the results further demonstrate our pursuit of continuous improvement and implementation of repeatable processes that create predictable outcomes for our customers.”
