Reston, VA – April 1, 2025 – Acuity International, a leading provider of mission-critical services and solutions to government and commercial clients, today announced the appointment of Jeff Shipe as Vice President & General Manager, Global Health Solutions. In this role, Jeff will work closely with teams across our organization to strengthen our ability to deliver tailored healthcare programs and mission-critical emergency services to federal, state, and local governments, as well as international partners.
Shipe brings over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to Acuity. Previously, he served as Vice President of Operations and Global Programs for International SOS’s Military Health Services, where he oversaw the global management and development of the TRICARE Overseas Program, valued at over $1 billion.
During his two-decade tenure at International SOS, Shipe played a pivotal role in expanding the company from 3,000 to over 12,000 employees worldwide, including more than 5,200 medical professionals and 200+ security specialists. His leadership spanned critical areas such as pre-deployment screening, deployed medical support, telehealth, aeromedical evacuation, medical staffing, and international healthcare plan management. He also spearheaded initiatives to enhance healthcare outcomes, reduce medical risk, and support government and military organizations in more than 200 international locations.
